Saturn Satellite Networks has contracted CesiumAstro to supply its phased array technology for their new SBN-1 satellite fleet—a six-satellite constellation set to launch in 2025.
Saturn‘s approach allows regional operators to tap into satellite capacity without building their own infrastructure. They’ve pulled in more than $1B in early commitments from partners in Asia, Africa, and South America.
